I am trying to find details of Albert George Smith who won the Military Medal. Can someone possibly help find him please.

Hi Kathleen, I was getting quite excited reading your message untill I saw Potty's!
No that def is not him he was in R H A ( Was told that stood for Royal Honourable Artillery! )

Hi Chris Ho, Yes thats me way back, sorry forgot I asked earlier! Just looked on national archives and its the same as above so not my Albert I'm afraid.

I think you will find that RHA stands for Royal Horse Artillery. There was an Honourable Artillery Company - this site gives some info:

Thanks Potty, Am now google eyed looking through The Gazette as apparently every M M was published, Havent found him yet. Yes I thought was Royal Horse Artillary but just going along with what I was given but I think now it must be Honourable Artillary.
