Not sure if related- signed up in Derby:

First name(s) Edward Stephen
Last name Curtis
Age 33
Birth year 1882
Service number 4/22700
Regiment Sherwood Foresters (Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire Regiment)
Year 1915
Residence town Mansfield
Residence county Nottinghamshire
Residence country England
Series WO 364
Series description Wo 364 - First World War Pension Claims
Archive The National Archives
Record set British Army Service Records

EDIT: Ancestry has his place of birth incorrectly transcribed as Lancashire!! So I didn't think this was correct- however, looking at original image for 1911 census- it states he was born Keynsham, Somerset- so looks good.
