Identify WW1 collar badge

Hi can anyone help with identifying the regiment that had a rile and pick collar badge. Itt may possibly have a connection to Hampshire.

Google - regimental badge with rifle and pick -

Could it be the Pioneer Corps. Called Labour Corps 1917

Also google for Labour Corps badge - won't put URL here as too long
