Looking for military records of my grandfather. All I have is a photo in uniform that includes a medical cross logo. So I am presuming medical corps.

This one enlisted in Wolverhampton on 11th December 1915 into the 4th Battalion Lincolnshire Regiment and was transferred to the Labour Corps.
His occupation on enlistment was an Ink Grinder.
He seems to have had Rheumatism.
There are a couple of paragraphs about his medical record but I can't read much of it.

You obviously know where to look better than me.. as I have tried over some years and not found anything. I am not on Ancestry tho, should I be?
Yes he is the Benjamin 4/6/1885 married to Edith.
THANKS Kathleen for all the extra info as well. I have not seen the 1939 info, but have traced the family as far as I can back via the census work. May need help with next steps.

The RAMC badge does not include a cross
It is a staff with a serpent entwined, surrounded by a laurel wreath

Thanks Erica, - yes with much help from Kath above, I have now been able to establish the regiments he was involved in. The cross may be an indication of what he was doing, it was not a regiment badge.
