I came across an Army number for this man. 3/21114
I see from my Father's notes he lived in Newport, Monmouthshire but the notes say he was in the Dublin Fusiliers.
Can this be true? any help appreciated. Thanks. Nala.

Born as just Arthur, in Wolverhampton, apparently added middle name Vincent on joining army, lived in Newport.
No reason why he couldn't be in the Dublin Fusiliers - and obviously was, per the records below.
