Sounds fab Mima and good photo too.

Having not flit from my town all my born days, I don't know what it's lyk to stray away but I think it must b a joy to go back and visit, and to catch sight of old pals from way back is a bonus.

Good for you.
Glad you had a happy day.

JemimaFawr Report 23 Jun 2015 22:20

I had a happy day today in my old living habitat again! :-)

Now and again a whim falls upon I to go back to my childhood living habitat!
It's not too far away, about 40 mins in my car! At Xs, I am having pangs of what folk of Cymru call HIRA*TH, a longing for living-habitat roots.

So down I was driving this pm, and as usual my <3 was full of joy at top of big hill that you go down to attain contact of my small coastal childhood habitat!

.. I wish I had thought to wash car's window in 2013 b4 I took photo! :-D :-D

Now to b causing laughs to Myk ... Again ...I had joyous mouthfuls of chilly milk product in a tub with a spoon! :-D
This time though- Vanilla with Concoction from Cocoa Swirls ... YUM! :-) :-) :-)

I was also bumping into an old pal from childhood. This pal, who was 1 of my paramount pals, is now in v poor constitution sadly :-(
It was good to catch up!

A sandwich and flask of T by sandy coast, then 2 good walks!

A GOOD DAY :-) :-) :-)

Hi Myk :-)

This 7 day's Pub Quiz ..... 2ND! :-D :-D :-D

Grandson 1 was with us this x and was a big assist on 2 Qs! :-)

Grandson had his 16th Birthday last Monday.
G.son had a party with his pals at popular dining spot.
His Mum bought him v naughty spongy-kind concoction in a 3D form of a part of a woman's body in skimpy bask!
All but obvious part of spongy-kind concoction has had it's consuming, as G.Son is loath to ruin that! :-D :-D :-D

Also, 1 of his pals thought it v funny to buy him a spongy-kind concoction, with an icing photo of Grandson on it!:-D
It is v smart what can b dun now isn't it?!:-D
Pal was taking his photo on a camping trip. Grandson had a scrunchy in his hair for fun! :-D :-D :-D

Hoping you r good Myk :-)

~~~~~~ to all pals looking in on this yarn that forbids a particular non-consonant! :-D :-D :-D
Mima, So good to know that you r not as anxious as you was b4 ( bad grammar I know but trying not to put symbol that is outlaw.)
Worry of mind can b just as bad as any malady.
Pub quiz is good fun. Glad you had a go.
I too miss colourful digits and worry also that things r not as good as should b.
Glad to C Fiona on board though.
JemimaFawr Report 29 May 2015 13:14
Good Post-Noon Pals :-)
Hi Fiona :-)
You own a good monica for this yarn that forbids that naughty non-consonant! ;-) :-D
Hiya Myk :-)
I am hoping that you had a good visit to your 1st Girl and family in London :-)
I was in hospital for a colonography, but that was ok. Still will b having a small op though, but it's not as worrying as it was :-)
I was out last night at a local pub for food, drink and Pub Quiz :-D :-D :-D
First x I did a pub quiz, although I'v always had thoughts that I'd <3 to try 1! :-D :-D
I was 4th- but if I was not changing 3 or 4 of my ansurs at last instant, with doubt that was arising in my mind:-|, I would b attaining 2nd! :-D :-D
Still! Not bad for first try at a Pub Quiz :-D :-D :-D
Myk, I am worrying about Jan ColourfulDigits.
I am hoping that Jan is ok and not in much discomfort with malady that Jan has :-( :-(
~~~~~~~~ to all looking in :-D

Had a look at your photo. It is good but no info as to location. I did click on link at bottom of photo which says.. look at mor photos by Mima... but no pics showing !

All my photo box's hav glass to put up to looking organ.
But you can also buy sum digital photo box's which hav both vista glass AND looking-through glass.
I will post you a pic of 1 such box

JemimaFawr Report 30 Apr 2015 22:14

Thank you Myk :-)

If you would obtain fun to catch sight of it Myk I will post link, but I am not anything as good as you, mind! :-D

It is a photograph that I took on my walk in my childhood living habitat. From afar you can spot firth and habitat across firth.

Myk, can you still buy a photograph box that you can put up to your i (looking organ) to look through?

I am not partial to a photographic box that you must look at the vista you want to snap from a short way away from your looking organ, as I own long sight vision. So I am clumsily fussing about with scanning vision glass (plural), on and off always! :-|

Many Congratulations Mima :-D

Good that you got famous in your local vicinity in big writing.
What was your pic of ?

I too was taking photos a day prior to this.
Had car trip to small town about an hour away and found Schoolkids singing in a choir on local park and also did dancing round a MayStand with ribbons. Not known that for lots of 365 days.
It was a joy to watch this old tradition.

JemimaFawr Report 29 Apr 2015 21:30

:-D :-D :-D hahaha :-D :-D :-D :-D

A photo I took is in our local papyrus today! It is "Pic of 7 days"!. :-D :-D :-D

Not anything at all as good as your photos Myk, but I was liking it, so on a whim that took Mima with it on Sunday, I did gmail it to our papyrus.

Wish Papyrus girl had not put Mima's monica in BIG BIG DARK PINK writing on it tho! :-0 :-0 :-0 :-0

JemimaFawr Report 26 Apr 2015 00:13

Hiya Myk :-)

I'm so glad (Wi'n falch iawn) that you had a good stay in Cymru with your girl and family.

I'm glad that Cymru's sun was shining for you and it was warm.

Did you do grassy / growing plants grounds for your girl?

I'm sorry that your shopping trips did strip your cash billfold, but your grandkids must b happy with your gifts :-)
I am hoping that your coat is proving a good buy :-)

In Cymru our bags must b paid for, by Cymru's Authority's bidding. This is b cos of trying to stop complications for Cymru's habitat.
Most shops award funds from costs of bags to charity. I hav for many 12 months had a habit of bringing my own bags, b4 Authority's bidding.

I'm cross with Mc Donalds though! :-0 :-0
McDonalds d mand cash for Papyrus wrappings!!!! :-|... Why? :-S
That was not what Authority had in mind. :-| :-|
Papyrus rots away so will not b causing complications for our habitat as do plastic bags!!

~~~~~~~~~~ TO JAN :-)
In fact 3 days was actually 4.
Was too good , warm and sunny so didn't cum back till today.
Grandkids talk Cymru at school but not at family building.
I don't cotton on to it mostly but sum words I know.
No gratis carry bags in Cymru. . shops only giv bags if you pay.
Lots of cash now missing as I bought lots of things for kids and also a coat and pants for fi ... lots of food and drink too at pubs.
Good company and spring sun... brilliant !
Spot on Myk! :-) Hwyl Fawr ... go to top of class for that!:-D :-D
What a thrill for you Myk ;-) ;-) :-D
-Visiting Cymru, land of song! Got to do singing work-outs b4 you go! :-D
It will b good for you to visit your girl and family, Myk. :-)
Visiting family is just what you want now.
I am hoping that you will have a good time in Cymru.
You can also do words of Cymru work-outs, with folk you catch sight of on your walks ;-) ;-)
That is supposing you catch sight of any folk that can actually talk in words of Cymru! :-S :-S :-D
Congratulations Myk on winning your photography award. You r a good photo snappist :-)
I am hoping you will b taking lots of photos to show moi on your arriving back!
NO NOT "MOI" MIMA!!!! :-| ..... Myk's not going to country who's folk swallow frogs limbs! ....Tick off for Mima and may b a slap from Myk!!! .....
Thanks Mima
Always good to stroll around taking snaps.
I carry a photo-taking box 24 hours a day.
Don't own a smart contraption with links to www which most folk yooz for taking pics. Nothing tops an original camra.
I hav just won an award for my photos. Nothing lavish just a local comp.
Your " chilly milk product in a tub with a spoon " had I chuckling. Good that :-D
Am off to your country tomorrow for 3 days to visit 2nd offspring and family.
Hoping for sunny days as going walking and planting outdoor ground around lawn.
It was good of child to ask that I visit. I think I hav a compulsion to just chill out
Hwyl fawr ;-)
Hiya Myk :-)
A difficult thing for you and your siblings to do Myk, as I know.
I am hoping that it wasn't making you too sad having to sort out your Mum's things. I am hoping that your task was bringing back good flashbacks and was comforting. :-)
Sorry that you had probs with your PC/ Laptop and now your printing apparatus. I am hoping it's all had it's fix :-S now :-)
I had a good day during last 7 days (day b4 Thursday).
I was making my way down to my old childhood living situation. It's a good looking situation on Towy (what Scots call) Firth. Looking across Towy's firth is my fav vista- which has a stronghold ruin on a high, small mountain :-S
It was sunny and warm, so I thought to walk a long way, having joy visiting old haunts, taking lots of photos.
It was good to b all on my own with my happy flashbacks and thoughts.Bliss! :-)
I also had joyous mouthfuls of chilly milk product in a tub with a spoon! :-)
It was a fantastic day :-)
~~~~~~~~ to our Pal, Jan ColourfulDigits :-)
I am hoping that all's ok with you Jan, and you r not in too much discomfort. :-)

Thanks Mima.

Had family round today.
Not My offspring, but siblings.
Sorting through mum's stuff.
Slowly making sum inroads.

Man also was round to fix computr but now if wanting to copy data, printr churns up writing wood pulp Papyrus and jams scanning thingy.

Why do things not work as normal b4 starting to go wrong and having to call in a Mr fix it.. or supplant by buying a 2nd 1.

Got lots of copying to do and I could do without this hiccough.
Nothing lasts long nowadays.

Right - had my moan,
Off to my pit now.
Will try to own 40 winks.
Goodnight :-)
