Find Ancestors

I am trying to find out about two of my family on our local war memorial.

Topsham Devon.(england)
S Trout- 1st world war
C Trout-1st world war

From the CWGC I found out they were

Sidney trout died age 19 in 1915
and Charles Ernest trout died age 27 in 1914. They were both sons of John Voysey Trout and Elizabeth Trout of Tree's court Fore Street ,Topsham,Devon. England.

However I don't have a John Voysey Trout in my tree yet!

I have 75 other Trouts from Topsham but I can'tse where he fits in-or whose child he was. I found hid birth reg.

But I cann't find hid marriage so I don't know who 'Elizabeth' was.

Can anyone help please-

1901 for a start would be great as it would have John,Elizabeth and hopefully Charles and Sidney on it?

Any help greatly appreciated. I feel I owe it to them to have them at least appear in my research-after all they paid the ultimate price for us! Next year I will be able to stand and think of them then feeling I know who they were.

Funnily enough the address'tree's court' is literally about 50 yards from the war memorial where ther names are.

Thanks very much for 1901-does it say where John (The Father) was born? or his occuaption-I thought I had found them in 1881 with children called John and William and Mary Ann-but none of these are on this one! Can anyone see 1891 to see if it helps? I will post 1881-Maybe someone could cjheck the actuall image for me and see if it has the same occupation?

Higher Passage lane makes sense (I know where it is its still there but called something diffrent now)

Thre is a john age 13 which would match John age 2 in 1881 thre-Phew! Does it say in 1891 if John senior was born Clyst St George?-I'm so afraid of going wrong as thre are so many Trouts in a small area-Might as well almost be Smith!!
