Member Since: July 2004 Posts: 442 Send Message	Hi Everyone, I have just received today a marriage certificate i ordered. The marriage is between James Bradshaw and Mary Theresa Stevenson and was in 1888. Mary was 19 at the time and james was 40 (he had been married before). I am trying to find Mary on the census before she married james. According to the certificate her father was Adam Stevenson (deceased), a pawnbroker and they were living in ribchester lancashire at the time of marriage. Mary i think was born in preston, Lancashire. I'd like to try to find her on the census. So far i have found a family with adam as the father but i dont think it can be the right family as mary is still on the census with her family after the year she has married james. Any help would be great. Thanks, Hannah
