As for info from someone else's tree - always treat it as suspect unless you - or they - can verify it with documentary evidence.

As far as I can see, there is no birth matching the details you have.

I rather think that your uncle took a flyer on the birth - and assumed that it was in Caterham because the marriage took place there.........

I just checked FreeBMD as you suggested and there are 2 Frank Budds births1892 both at Portsea 1 of the Franks middle name is Henry and i think that is what his fathers name was.

According to the marriage details above Franks fathers name is:
