I have hit a brick wall in my research and don't know which way I can go on this one. I have managed to trace my family tree back to a Patrick HANNAWAY, born c.1860 (location unknown, although I believe it is somewhere in Ireland). He went on to marry a Annie HANNAWAY, born c.1859 in Ireland before moving over to Liverpool, England. Patrick died in 1899 I believe. I am trying to research their history in Ireland prior to them moving. I have been told that they originated from Co. Armagh, however at present, I can't travel over to Ireland to make any further progress. Can anybody assist? |
