hi lady, i think you,ve got it girl, i have the 1881 census, it reads, samuel abbott head 23 limestone quarryman durham. elizabeth a abbott wife 22 durham. george robert abbott son, 3 durham tofthill. charles abbott son 1 durham tofthill. please could you find them on 1901 census please,i think ive got square eyes, cheers gwenx |

Gwen Here he is in 1901, Samuel is still a Butcher, with his own account!
