Is it possible please to introduce an 'Exact Search' option for searching surnames in the Search Trees section?

I spent ages yesterday going through lists of surnames, which I didn't need, because when I searched for surname BROAD, I was also shown BROADBENT, BROADBANK etc.

I realise that alternative spellings can be useful for searching, but an option to search within defined margins would make things much easier.
