I agree the new setup is hopeless,it is so slow it is like watching paint dry, I will definitly be looking for a new site, when my current subscription runs out.

Its too slow, I cannot get round the tree to see, add or even look at my tree, and what upsets me more is that i have just paid all that money to be able to get adding some more people to my tree and its a waste of time. Its useless.
I think i had better just cancel this subscription and take my tree somewhere else, where i can view, and add on easily. Dawn Sell
