Addition to Matches with an existing contact

But there is another column that says whether it is an existing contact or not.

For a mature tree the number of entries with new against them is going to be small. I only get two or three at most and usually none.

The word "new" against new entries just denotes a new ancestor has been added, not that the contact is new.
If the new ancestor is from the tree of an existing contact, it´s fairly certain that the information has already been exchanged & the contact has merely added the info to their tree.

There should be New aginst any new entries. Click on the New header of that column to get all the new entries at the top or bottom of the list.

It would be helpful when checking "Hot Matches" if a new person or persons listed could be identified as such. This would save time going over old information.
