If your pc has updated to IE11 you need to do this

Click the Tools icon (or Alt + X) - the cog shaped one top right of your screen

Click Compatibility View settings in the drop down list

Add the Genes Reunited website -

Same problem again yesterday and today. Now using the desktop computer (don't use much these days as it's slower) and no problem getting in.

I am also struggling with error messages . At times unable to log on and when I do get on I am unable to do a search . Had to loose my credits last month .I am not very clever with technology anyway so its a nightmare for me.

Have had problems the last two days trying to log in. Kept getting error message about server. Using advice on Microsoft about automatic updates to Windows, reset my laptop to an earlier date and this seems to have worked.
