yes just like that. OK I feel better knowing someone else has the same issue. I hate that the credits expire too, I should be able to keep them for life once I have paid for them.

Thanks for your answers Jax.

Where are they showing?

Do you mean like this which I found by going to 'My account'

Payment Date Total Credits Purchased Credit Expiry Date Remaining Credits
28/03/2013..... 2990.... 28/03/2014 0
26/02/2013..... 80 .....26/08/2013 0
27/10/2011..... 30 ....27/04/2013 0
19/01/2010..... 3251..... 19/07/2010 0
19/07/2011..... 2491.... 01/01/0001 0
20/07/2010 .....9 ....01/01/0001 0
20/01/2011 .....6483 ....01/01/0001 0

I have never purchased any either but have been given some on a couple of occasions

But not that many probably 130 in total

If you have any credit they should show in the top line where your name is and sign out ect

well that sucks. Do you know why there are a load of credits showing up on my account that I have never paid for? It says I had 210 last year, but I wasn't charged and didn't use any.

Thanks

Welcome to the boards Emma

Is this the first time you have subscribed? if not you only get them for the first year

I am a standard member and am supposed to get 50 free credits. I just tried to access a military record and was told I had to buy credits. I haven't used any of my free ones.

Does anyone know what happened here?
Thanks
E
