Dear 'Genes', it says there are many ways to contact you but if you read down the list there is actually no contact email address. If you want to take your tree off, advertise or do business there is but there seems to be no place to ask a simple question. If it is not answered by 'Frequently Asked Questions' there seems to be no contact address. In the past I have just sent an email to one of those addresses but I notice that this has still not been remedied and I am wondering why.

Thanks Sylvia, I have not seen this email address before, I'm pretty sure it is not on the page that tells you how easy it is to contact 'Genes'!
Thank you for your vigilance, I will keep the email address handy as I have many questions!
