My cousin's daughter is no longer able to access her Genes Reunited site. This happened over a year ago, repeated requests to retrieve/change her password have failed and, in the end, she stopped her subscription. I can still view her tree.

I promised to see if I can find out how she can communicate with a human being to solve the problem. Any ideas, folks?

No point posting on this Board ...... GR no longer watches it, therefore no replies form them.

It's up to 2 or 3 members like myself to keep an eye open.

They work from 8 or 8:30 am to 4 or 4:30 pm Monday to Friday ............. so it might take several days to get a reply, but they usually DO reply to that email address
