I cant find any Burt/dowers children but there are births in Hendon of Burt children before the mothers maiden name was required in 1912.Has anybody checked the 1911 census? I have no credits but there seems to be a William George Burt b1879 Bermondsey living Greenwich but apparently no Annie with him ?
If this is not him it could be that as a soldier he died in the Boer wars and Annie married again but a remarriage is not obvious at first glance -no Annie Julie/Julia Burt listed -nor does she appear in deaths under that name
