Hello Amanda, as has been said above, this thread is a very old one. You can try contact Pamela by clicking on her name as suggested by Sylvia but you can also try putting the names you are looking for into the search box above to see if anyone else on this site has them in their tree. If you find a connection, you can contact the tree owner.

Why not start a new thread of your own telling us what/who you are looking for and what info you already have? I am sure someone will be able to help you. Cx.

Hi Pamela,

I don't know if you're still looking, or if you may even be able to help me, as your post is now quite old.

You mentioned a sister who moved to London. I don't know if this will mean anything to you, but I have a Florence Curwood in my tree, born c1890. She married an Albert Farley in 1912. I do have a copy of their marriage certificate, but not sure where to find it to check on her Father's name. I am a direct decendent of Albert and Florence, but have not got any further with Curwood.

I do hope we might be able to help each other.

Regards
Tim

Hi Anyone know anything about relatives of a Frederick James & Marie Louise Curwood, They were both orphan children in 1888 and even though they had elder siblings they were put in a home in Bristol because for what ever reason their siblings could not take them, They were originaly from the south of England Portsmouth. They had an elder brother Albert Curwood living with a sister Fanny Maria Gregary, living at Broad st Portsmouth in 1888. They had an aunt Martha living in Fishponds just outside of Bristol where Fredrick James went to live, Also a uncle Philip Curwood. They also had other sibling's including a sister who moved to London, Frederick was the youngest born in 1880 or 1879 he was my Husbands Grandfather if you can help I would be greatful. Regards Pam
