Hi,
I am searching for the parents of Alfred Green wife mary, don't know maiden name of Mary.

Alfred was born in 1839 in Aston Birmingham, wife Mary born in Birmingham in 1841.

His son is Alfred Green born in Aston Birmingham in 1870 his wife is Mary Yardley also fron Aston, born 1870.

This is all the information that i have except that i know but not sure.

You will need this cert for Alfreds mothers maiden name.

Then you can find his parents marriage to send for that cert so you can get Alfred seniors fathers name and occupation to find him on Census with him.

None are showing up readily and Green is not an uncommon name.

But of course if they WERE all born in Warwickshire this is all no good anyway..

Maybe this one.

But you need the marriage cert to be sure of fathers name and occupation.

I phoned a relative who also confirms the above info.
I also discovered that my relative has a strong belief that the ancesters of the green familt originated from France.

I really apprciate the time & effort you have given.

I'm not sure if this means direct family or just people who lived there.

Household members - they are the people who were in the house on the night of the census. Normally, they are family, but it will also include servants and visitors.
