Find Ancestors

Can anybody please help im trying to find out about Frederick Alexander and Catherine Jordan.

Catherine and Frederick sailed to america in 1911but i cant seem to find them on any passanger list's they got married on 22/04/1911 where Frederick Alexander was 27 and Catherine King was 21

if possible I would also like to know what their childrens names was i do know that not long after the went to america (possibily Californa) that Frederick was killed in a accident so i dont know if catherine re married

just read what you have said properly yes her mum's maidan name was brown ( jessie brown) so that looks like it is the right one thanks and i wonder what did happen to ivy?

thanks to dee i have found out a lot of information so far would it be possible if someone could tell me when Frederick Alexander jordan died it would have been between 1915 - 1920 in Los Angeles, California also marriages of Frederick Jordan and Rose Jordan (her children from her fist marriage) i think Rose married a man with the surname of White but not 100%

Hi since Denise found out some information regarding Catherine and Frederick Jordan and after talking to family member's her children Kate and frederick rung bells with them but not Ivy.

I have obtained Ivy's birth certificate and it does confirm that Ivy caterine Jordan was their first born and born in Woolwich in 1911 before they left for America. but after that their is no trace of her. I cant seem to find a death for her either, and I still cant locate them of any passanger list's going to America in 1911. Anybody got any fresh idea's

What is Ivy's exact DOB........... I wonder if she stayed in this country with Grandparents?????????

Could have married in the 1930's, I'm thinking we could maybe pick a death up just using her DOB and Ivy Catherine???

There are 2 Ivy Catherines deaths registered.......... however one born 16th Aug 1911 and the other born 17th Aug 1911.


Can't see one for the 15th though.

On the other hand though Deb....... she could be still alive!!!

That could be a possibiliy. She never come up on the 1920 /1930 american census i may have to wait untill 2021 to check the english :) to see if she stayed in england keep posted lol
