can anyone help me or tell me how to go about locating parents of william james born in colombia, ceylon (sri lanka) he came to australia around 1904 and died 1938 in Parkes NSW. He was 66 years when he died of complications of rheumatic fever. He was my grandfather but never married my grandmother. any help would be much appreciated.
