Looking for Peter Seddon, 1837, Wirral area.

I'm trying to find more information on Peter Seddon, born about 1837 (although this may be out by 4/5 yrs). Born in Birkenhead. He was a poultry & fishmonger with a shop which his wife and daughter worked in.

In 1863 he had a daughter Elizabeth, and by 1891 census was married to an Elizabeth, and had sons Peter, James and Joseph.

In 1901 census, Elizabeth was widowed, and listed the daughter Elizabeth as a step-daughter.

Can anyone help find Peter's previous wife (daughter's mother), and both wives maiden names, and Peter's parents.

I've come to bit of a dead-end and don't know where to go next.
