Find Ancestors

Does anyone have any ancestors/traced any family surnamed Rotherham, who may have originated in Birmingham, Warwickshire? In the 16-1700s there were at least 2 men in the family who had the name Jeremiah Rotherham. From about 1860-1941 there was a department store called Jeremiah Rotherham & Co LTd on Shoreditch High Street, London, but it was bombed in WW2. Any info gratefully received.
