Find Ancestors

Trying to find the birth date for Tabitha. Have her surname as Elbin when living with Wliiam Fish in 1881 census, but on a marriage to William in 1887 her name shown as Rolfe a widow, and her Fathers name as James Elvin. Tabitha was born in Hempnall Norfolk. Dates I have vary from 1847 to 1852 (she died in 1910 given age of 60). Seem to be going around in circles, any suggestions please.
