re Thomas Newby
All the infomation I have is his name year of birth.
I found him on the 1911 census at Whittington Lancashire
age 49 with wife and 4 children.
From the person I am trying to help it seems he stayed in that area.
As I mentioned I have searched up to 1932 for his death and also tried to contact two people on here who have yet to reply.

Victoria,

It maybe a case of ordering the marriage certs of the children and seeing if the last ones mention whether he's still alive or not.

The 1891 census looks like correct parents but his age out by 10 years - is this why he has been so difficult to find?
