Find Ancestors

Hello Everyone
I,m hoping you can work miracles again.James Povey(1856) was born in the Union Workhouse Dursley,Glocs.I am trying to find him on the 1861 and 1871 census.I believe in 1861 he may have been living with mother Caroline and Grandmother Sarah.In 1871 three of his siblings were living in the above workhouse but no sign of James.There is no father as all the children were illegitimate.
I have James on all other census(1881-1911)

Didnt we have an extensive search for James a few weeks ago?

I seem to remember there were quite a few of us looking and we came up with the idea that he may well have been missed off the 61 census

I remember the different spellings 'Tovey' being one of them

I had tried loads of misspellings but Pooly didn't come into my head.
As you say I wonder what they were called on the 1871,George was the apprentice on the 1871(his name there is correct).
Caroline did eventually marry Oswald Harrold,after having given birth to six illegitimate children.
