We think that they lived in the Copthorne, Smallfield area on the Surrey/Sussex border's.

I think you mean b1897 not 1997, very simple mistake l make all the time. Do you know where she died as l can only see 3 deaths but none down south.

I have just heard that Jane Jones b 1997 died at the age of 14 as the result of a fire, does anyone know were i can get information about this?

I think you are going to have to buy that marriage certificate to get any further back


the certificate will give you the names of the 2 fathers and their occupations ...... which may help in searching back.

I think this is them in 1901 ... even though they seem to have the birth places all mixed up!

My Nan Naomi was born in Marsh Green Kent

i'm trying to find any reference to my Gt. grandparents Josesph Jones b. 1873 and his wife Jane Lloyd b.1876. I know that they had a large family my Nan Naomi b. 1907 being 1 of the youngest any help would be appreciated.
