It is definitely a step in the right direction and I believe a suggestion made by Sylvia in Canada.

Now all we need is a board where we can have a conversation with the GR Team and suggestion can be debated by members. Or they could just have a thread which we can reply on.

Call me cynical, but I can't help feeling that they are just trying to ingratiate themselves, after all the fiascos of recent weeks

I see "Genes" has given itself a gold star. ;)

I do think the new management has good intentions. I just hope they get the old employees on board, given their slack, arbitrary and not at all grateful approach to things in the past ...

Would have been even nicer if they had contacted the people who were going to help on the "Help Clinic" and inform them of what was happening instead of not anwering emails.

Oh well can not have everything but at least a step in the right direction

I think this is the very first time that the GR Team have done this.

This site would not exist without it's 'members' and it is those 'members' who give their time to help others on here who make the site as successful as it is and I am pleased to see that the 'new' GR Team are showing their appreciation and recognition of that fact.

Their thanks is appreciated !

This site has taken a bit of a 'knock' over the past couple of months but hopefully, if we all work together, we can get it working properly again in the New Year.

The 'technical' side has to come from you 'GR', but please, just listen to what the users of the site have to contribute.
