Hello Jean,
I think we have corresponded before, but here's an update.
My mother, Irene (born 1921) was the daughter of William John Blavins, born 1896, died c.1935, who was the son of John Blavins (working as a labourer at the Woolwich Arsenal), married to Ada nee Stannard. They lived (in 1896) at 9 Walpole Place, Woolwich .
That's as far back as I've gone.
I hope this is of some interest to you.
Best regards,
Ray Craigie

I am trying to trace the siblings of my Grandfather JAMES EDWIN BLAVINS (C 1889) and those of his father JOHN BLAVINS. They lived in the Woolwich/South London area but came originally from Armagh, N. Ireland
