Hi,
My name is Louise Herbert...formally Louise Juliet Margaret Whalley and I am searching for my brother Andrew Jason Lawerence Whalley who was born 31 May 1969 in Wallington Surrey. We were split up nearly 25 years ago by family problems and I would love to get in contact with him again. Life is too short.
Please let me know if you can help in my search.I have so much to tell him.I miss having a brother.

If you go to Records Office board, I've nudged up a thread offering 2004, 2007 and 2008 electoral roll lookups.
