Find Ancestors

Can anyone be able to give me any information on a Herman Whallin? I am just starting my search for details on my great grandfather so the information I have is limited. I do know that he had a sister Annie Amelia and a brother Charles Oscar and they lived in South Australia.
Herman married an Elesia Kendall and they had four children. Mary Elesia Whallin who married a Frederick Walter Bickmore, Janette Whallin who married a Kenneth Wheatley, Maxwell Walter Whallin and Elizabeth Ann Whallin. Elizabeth is my paternal Grandmother but she gave my father away when he was born and thats why I have hardly any information regarding my fathers biological family.

Father was John WHALLIN
but mother was either Agnes Bridget ; Bridget Agnes, or Annie... Surname was Bourke or Burke
She died 20 July 1913, 55yrs

I could not find a marriage for them in S.A.

If the marriage info of Elizabeth Whallin to Ronald Benson is about your grandmother, then this MIGHT be her death...(found on ryersons index, 'google' it)

Gymea is in the Sutherland area of the suburbs of Sydney.
If this is your Elizabeth's death, her death certificate should also list any children.
You can also try 'checking-out' the news paper to see what is written in the death & funeral notices. Some family might be mentioned.

I have not been able to find an entry for Ronald..

If you are not sure that this marriage is the correct one, you would have to buy the certificate to find out if her fathers name is also listed.
