With free.. you only get your own tree... If people send you a pm you can reply but I am not sure whether you can initiate a pm..

Diane on Aussie thread will know as she did free for awhile there and took a break from the boards..

I can do breakfast for Dea and Gins on Saturday... will do a lunch box for LK in case she and himself would like a day out...

Hi all

have been out all day ........ went to the doctor's to get the results of the blood tests I had the other week

everything fine, BUT the glucose level is slightly elevated ................ could mean border line diabetes :-(

so I have to have a special glucose blood test .......... fast, have blood taken, given some sugary liquid, wait 2 hours, have blood taken again.

I also have to talk to a dietician .... we have a phone nuimer we can call to talk to one ........... and see what changes I cna make

He did say some changes are .................. cut out fruit and replace with veggies, cut out bread, cut out excess sugar, increase the amount of exercise.

:-( :-( :-( :-(

Linda

with free membership, you can ..............

.......... build your tree
.......... search trees to get name match, but not see detail
.......... receive pms from paying members, and reply to them
.......... read all threads on all boards (just as any non-member who finds a reference on google)
.......... Request Review of threads (!!)
.......... I think you can search records, but not open them and see the detail

you cannot ..........

........... initiate pms to other members
........... open other trees
........... post on threads
........... search records ... have to buy credits

I'm back again for my 'proper' breakfast ........................... Yuummmm ! :-D :-D

Just heard from DIL - I have a day off today. She is spending time with the children and 'visiting' her Dad in the evening. Grand-daughter was very poorly yesterday, we had her here in bed all day with 'stories' - she was very brave though but will be better at home with mum today.

Still keeping fingers crossed.

Dea Xxx

Oh, Ginns - I suppose I could be good and join in the healthy eating regime :-0 It will be a struggle but I will do it for Sylvs.

Awwww......hope granddaughter feels better today. They always look so pathetic don't they? :-( <3

Physio been and gone. All went well - she's a lovely young woman. Did all the muscle testing and gave lots of advice and ideas. She seems happy with things at the moment.

Forgot to say that when I was with the nurse yesterday, she said "Now we'll go through your family history to see if anything has changed". I replied, "Nope, they're still dead".

She had to take her specs off 'cos she laughed so much... :-D :-D :-D
