Dawn,
Muriel posted this 6 years ago.
If you want to contact her you could click on her name and if she still has the same email address genes can send a message to her.

If you want some help yourself to see if the Milburns went to America or Australia or elsewhere, then you could start a new query.
(If the family are not showing on 1901 they had to get lost between the birth in 17th March and the census on the 31st March)

Hello Dawn, the post you have replied to was written in 2006 by someone who only ever added two messages at this site.

If you click 'send message' under her name and write her a personal message the site will send her an email to tell her she as a message from you and if she still has the same email address she will receive it. There is no chance she will be checking her thread for replies after all this time unfortunately.

for your info this is Thomas's death

Name: Thomas Braithwaite Milburn
Birth Date: 17 Mar 1901
Date of Registration: Jan-Feb-Mar 1978
Age at Death: 77
Registration district: Durham Central
Inferred County: Durham
Volume: 1
Page: 1294

this could possibly be his marriage

Name: Thomas B Milburn
Spouse Surname: Hill
Date of Registration: Apr-May-Jun 1922
Registration district: Sunderland
Inferred County: Durham
Volume Number: 10a
Page Number: 1355
wife is Ann A Hill and she is mistakenly shown as marrying Hilburn

there are two Milburn-Hlil births in Sunderland that you can find at freebmd

http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/cgi/search.pl

I see in the time I have been gone nothing has changed. :)

but it does make sense to continue the search in this thread to keep the two people's info together

Hello Dea! I got a PM about one of everybody's favourite mystery threads (it reached me three years later because I keep the same email address) and I couldn't resist :)

http://www.genesreunited.co.za/boards.page/board/genealogy_chat/thread/1137188?page=7

... and now that the bug has bit again I am already staying up late and getting up early to scratch the genealogy itch ...
