Been trying to find on 1891 census, James and Margaret Mainwaring. would be so grateful if someone could look on 1891 census for them as i have had no joy! They both came from Liverpool. James was born around 1860 and Margaret 1864.

not finding them on the 1891 though

Hi Shirley they never married until 1882, Margaret lived with her family in Dryden st Liverpool 1881 census.Carnt find James on the 1881 census either!. I have 1901 and 1911 they iive Buckingham st on both.

Yes found those as you can see. Have tried on all the names and soundex etc but not finding them on the 1891 .

Thankyou Shirley for trying, Maybe they never filled census form for 1891. James's family may not of filled census for 1881. Nevermind!

Me neither,were his parents Richard Mainwaring 1836 and Mary Doherty 1841.
