Find Ancestors

I am trying to find some family history details for a James Arthur Edworthy he was born in 1880 Newton Abbot, Devon he lived most of his life in the London area .

He possibly married a Mary Edwards? It is recorded on a birth record in 1901 for the birth of a Reginald Edworthy father James Edworthy commercial traveler mother Mary Edworthy nee Edwards I cannot find any record for this marriage as yet.
I was wondering did he leave a Will or administration and if so how do I go about getting a copy can you now order copies on the internet?

I have seen a probate detail for James Arthur Edworthy on the Ancestry site but I only have the basic access
can you please help

James Arthur Edworthy of Kingshill Avenue, Northolt Grange, Middlesex died 24th August 1939 at West Middlesex County Hospital, Isleworth, Middlesex. London 16th September to May Edworthy widow. Effects £273 10s 7d.

On Ancestry it give lots of electoral roll notes for James Arthur Edworthy can these be viewed if so what data does it hold?

This looks like the marriage for James and May

Question is was he a bachelor at this point ie he did not marry a Mary Edwards

Yes on the birth records it gives James and Mary Edwards as parents for R H Edwards
But what does not add up is in the 1911 result for R H Edwards he is living with his mother Mary Jane Edworthy and stepfather Charles Pope they married 1908 on marriage record Mary Jane Edworthy is a spinster not Edwards

there is another birth and Baptism for a Winfred Edworthy b1904 d 1904 on her Birth and Baptism records it gives a Reginald Edworthy ?

Every indication leads to Mary Jane Edworthy in the above census as Reginald show up with his mother? in the 1911 census
when Mary married Charles pope she is a spinster not a Edwards?
BUT
On Reginalds birth cert it give mother as Mary Edworthy formally Edwards

I hate to say it but you might want to try for poor little Win*s birth cert.

I'm not trusting a thing Mary Jane says at this point!
(If indeed it's the correct lady!!)
