FMP look up: Immigration

I've been waiting to get this for months. I contacted FMP as the link didn't work and I received an error. 6 months later they responded and didn't even address the issue citing that the image is 'chargeable'.

I've tried from a dozen computers, multiple browsers, at many different times of the day.

Can someone here please see if this works for them. If it doesn't, I'll actually be quite pleased. If it does.. well I'll be damned! I'd love it if someone could send it to me. I don't know if I'm allowed to put my email address here but if someone finds that it works and are happy to send it, I will inbox you my email address.

But if they say the image is chargeable ..... that means that you have to pay for it!

If you have a sub, then you would be able to see it. If you don't have a sub, then there is nothing that fmp can do about it unless you pay per view!

You are also quite right ................. you shouldn't put your email address on here. These boards are completely open to viewing by anyone and everyone!

It isn't that you are "forbidden", but that is is not advised .......... to the extent that GR will remove your post in its entirety if they spot an email address.




afraid I can't help you as I don't have a sub myself.

Sorry I should clarify. I do have a subscription. But the image won't load because it says there's an 'error'. All other images are fine. Just not this one.

Thanks cupcakes, that is the one. I can view the transcript which gives the info you provided just not the original document.

When I clicked on Original image ,it says"" The image you are requesting is currently unavailable,please contact support or try again later.

We all can't be wrong,must contact FMP.

Same problem, have reported it, although it does say contact support or try again later. Told I could use up to 150 words to report, so tried to give as much detail as possible, blow me if they didn't come back and say report too long, maximum 256 characters allowed!!
EDIT - all previous and following pages seem to be available

I have had this problem too so I wrote to the help desk on FMP -

I am trying to look at the original image of a passenger transcript and I keep getting the following message - Image ErrorThe image you are requesting is currently unavailable.Please contact support of try again later. I have tried it again but still the same.

This is the reply I received back -

This image is available when using the Enhanced Viewer.

Thanks everyone. I received a response from FMP and they said the same to me as Lynski - use the Enhanced Viewer. They also sent me a copy.

I have the same problem with a few FMP images, and would refer you to

where other people are seeing the same proble with certain FMP images.
As GenesReunited is part of the same company (brightsolid), you'd think there "support" group would start to pay attention.
