Hi, I'm hoping someone may be able to help me or maybe point me in the right direction.
I am looking for information on my Great Grandfather who was a PTE in the Army name of Frederick George Bryer (I don't know year of birth) Service No 3765 (I have his Medals) he was in 1- LOND .R He was a POW (but don't know where)
The Medals are (British War Medal 1914-1919
We think he got the star as well but don't know which one

He was married to Lucy Alice Carmille Moret they lived at St Pancas
They had a son (My Grandfather name Frank Alexander Bryer 25 Dept 1914
he was registered on the 4 Nov 1914

The problem is that there are 2 marriages at around that time for a Frederick G Bryer - the other one married in Paddington in 1913.

When I look at the 1911 census, I can find only one and he is in Paddington, leading me to believe that he is not the one you want?

Also, I cannot locate Lucy on 1911 so you really need that cert to give you their ages and details of fathers.
