Your title is misleading.
He was never Kenneth Holland. He was born well after parents marriage

There is also another Kenneth born in 1927 to a different family in North Bierley to mix up possible marriages and deaths if local.
Do you know exact date of birth, and as he could be living, what is your connection to him?

,i am hoping this kenneth is still living,this is quite a story my father charles holland was born to a janet frances holland 1909 out of wedlock janet for some reason left him to be brought up by his grandparents and she went to live in workhouse in bradford and i have discovered she married a benjamin holdsworth in 1913 and had lots more children one being kenneth if so he would be my half uncle it would be very exciting for me as i have only known my father and i only have two photos of his one being his grandma and the other of a lovely lady who i would like someone to tell me it is janet frances holland and i would be very happy thankyou

Have you looked to see if anyone has him or his parents in their trees on here?

Also, have you tried looking for Kenneth's siblings if there are several of them?
