Welcome to the message boards! The only possible John Bicker I can find on 1901 Census is 39, born Wisbech but is living in Manchester with wife Jane 34 who is from Bridgwater, Somerset. Possible marriage for the pair in Jun 1895 Prestwich 8a 509. There were no children. Perhaps Jane died and John headed back home, then remarried? 1901 shows there are Durringtons living in Wisbech but can't find a Stella. There are also some folks named Bicker there.

Think I might have found something on LDS site. Christening 18/06/1884 Tydd St Mary, Lincolnshire of Stella Durrington. Parents were John Holland Durrington and Emma Jane. When I was looking on 1901 Census there were two Holland Durringtons living in Wisbech, probably father and son. Maybe John preferred to use his middle name?
