Hey Minnie,

I don't beleive they had any children, and I can't find their marriage. Francis was a cousin of my ancestor, so I only have his baptism (1837 in Danby, which covers Castleton). I can find Francis in 1841 (Guisborough Workhouse) and 1851 (a servant at his gt uncle's farm), and I lose him after this. I have a probable death record for him after 1901, which is why I am trying to find him in the census.

I am sorry to be so vauge!

Wow thank you so much - yeah the name changes from Langburn, Longborn, Longbourne, Langbourne etc etc etc. So what with the age and location I think you found the correct death! That is the one I had found! Shame about 1871 - I do find quite a few ancestors missing from various censuses! Thank you so much for your help! It is so appreciated!
