You need to buy the marriage certificate to get the Fathers' names so that you know that you have the correct birth certificates.

Where did you get c 1919 for the birthdate ?

There are none that I can see in England/Wales

3 possibles in Sheffield from 1906 -1908 however.

What was her father's name and occupation from the marriage cert ?

from wot i can see from 1911census louisa mcdonald married edgar bywater in 1900 but you will have to have a proper look at a 1911 census to make sure.
