Yes he is, but there did appear to be some marital shenanigans going on. She is listed under the name of her stepfather. Philip John Francois Le Riche, and shown as his daughter in the 1911 census and yet Frederick Le Monnier, the only other child of Leon Jules still at home, is shown as a stepson. |

It did seem mum was a bit quick off the mark marrying again in the same year she had a baby. Maybe Leon was missing in the Boar War and she wasnt informed he was dead till later so she married again when she was able. |

So it seems leon was around post the Boar War.he may have been a serving soldier though and could still have died abroad.You could try the Army indices on Find My Past. |
