Hi,
Im researching my mums family tree and I seem to have hit a wall with her grandmother (my great grandmother) Lotty May Shorthose. I have her parents as John Edward Shorthose and Emma Astley - no dates or location of birth. For Lotty I have her born 26/08/1890 Lichfield, Staffordshire, England and she died 01/1985 in Chichester, West Sussex, England.
If anyone can help I would be very grateful

You would need to cross check his occupatioon and father's name from the marriage cert, but Burntwood comes under Litchfield.
This could be him in 1881

Answering your questions I looking to find more details on her parents and grandaprents so I research her family tree.
I forgot to mention that she is related to me through her marriage to William George Kitchener b 1891 Kirdford, Sussex, England. However I have no record as to when and where they married,

Sorry, I meant I had no reocrd of John and Emmas, that was before Mike gave me the details.
My Lotty married William George Kitchener for definite - thanks Jax for the details. I didnt realised Lotty married twice - thanks for this piece of information also!
