Member Since: October 2007 Posts: 6 Send Message	I am reaching out to any Boatswains or Wests whose family originated in Montserrat, British West Indies. My grandparents sailed from Montserrat to New York, USA about 1917. I believe that volcanic activity has scattered many Montserratians throughout the Caribbean and to England, to Canada and to the US. Eventually, I hope to trace the family lines prior to Montserrat. But I will need additional input from the extended family for that. Thanks Diana
