Trying to find date of birth of grandfather john butler born c1910/16 in west ham/barking.married lilian lowe in romford 1935 served in the royal artillery as a gunner in the second world war lived at 37 harrow road upney/barking after the war.Lost contact with my father david born 1940 barking who divorced my mother joan butler nee davis in 1970.So if anyone knows of the butler family in this area and knows of johns date of birth/death etc would appreciate it as i want to search his service record,also if any info on johns wife lilian lowe again much appreciated.
