I am very new to this . Im trying to find information about my grand-parents.My Grandmother was Dolly Louisa Harriett Butler born 11/03/1892 she married a Joseph Rudman on 14/10/1911 at Devizes in Wiltshire.Joseph was born 01/08/1890 in Trowbrige They emigrated to Austrailia to farm .While they were out there they had two daughters called Doris Mary Ellen (my mum) and Edith Constance.They returned when my mum was about three.They wre licencees in Hilperton Trowbridge My mum was a police officer in Wiltshire and married a Arnold Jeffery at Trowbridge register office 21/7/1951 Looking forward to hearing form someone who can give me any further information Regards Linda |
