Find Ancestors

Hi I have had recent information from researchers which I am grateful for regarding my Great Grandfather William Cole who was born 1826 in London Middx.. I am looking for his Parents and siblings...
I have search for his marriage lines to Eliza Anne Peters she was born 1832 in London Middx..with no avail..
One searcher did find a marriage in 1855 which we thought may be them even though there first child was born in 1850.. but it was not them because I sent away for the certificate..and the couple were William Cole a Farmer & Eliza Peters ..my William Cole was a Cabinet maker because I have my Grandfathers marriage lines his name is Walter Cole ( his son )born 1861

Two searchers found a William Cole born 1826 born 1826 on the 1841 census and the parents are Isiah Cole age 45 & Mary Cole..age 35 and the other parents were James Cole age 40 & Margrete Cole age 40.. is there any way I could somehow find out if one of these were my William Cole's parents, ???? I am lost as to where to go next ?? Thank you Jean
