Member Since: February 2003 Posts: 0 Send Message	Cole: I am trying to trace a family called Cole who came from Jersey at one point. Unfortunately I do not know much about this branch of the family as my grandfather - Thomas Claude Fisher, who is the "link" is the product Gertrude Ogilvy-Partridge who was the mistress of Mr. Thomas Cole and things were kept hush hush. They had 3 children - twins Thomas Claude & Marjorie d.o.b. 8.2.1904 and a sister Dorothy (dolly) who had a daughter called Sheila. Mysteriously they all went under the surname of Fisher. Mr. Cole used to bring a son Clary (? Charles) to visit sometimes and must have been fairly well off as his second family offspring all went to private school. We believe he might have been a civil engineer. I only mention money as a CLUE to identity, there is no financial motive in this search, only an interest in finding out more information to my ancestors. If you think there might be any connection at all, it would be wonderful to unravel this mystery connection since much time has now gone to pass.
